Is the first video actually free?
Yes, your first listing video costs nothing and we do not ask for a card to make it. We would rather you see a finished video on one of your own listings than read a pitch about one.
What does the final video look like?
A 30 to 45 second cut built from your listing photos: paced camera moves, a written script, voiceover, music, and the key details on screen. You get a wide 16:9 version and a vertical 9:16 version, both ready to post.
How long does it take?
Most videos land in your inbox within three to four hours of you pasting the link. If anything needs a second pass, we tell you rather than send something half-finished.
What happens after my free video?
Nothing automatic. There is no subscription running in the background and no card on file. If you want videos for more listings, we will share simple per-video pricing, but only when you ask.
